Catchment Areas for MMS Laboratories

Which MMS Requisition Should I Use?

Multiple Marker Screening (MMS) is done by 3 provincial laboratories: Trillium Health Partners - Credit Valley Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital and North York General Hospital.

Each of the provincial MMS laboratories has a specific catchment area. You can zoom in on our map to learn which MMS laboratory covers your location,  and use the corresponding MMS requisition for that laboratory.
