NIPT SCREENING RESULTS

Your NIPT result will be either "low risk" or "high risk". Sometimes, NIPT can fail to give you a result. Choose your result to learn more about what it means and next steps:

VANISHING TWIN SCREENING RESULTS

If you have a "vanishing twin" pregnancy, your prenatal screening test might have been a 11-14 week (nuchal translucency) ultrasound followed by Second Trimester Screening (STS). Or you might have had Second Trimester Screening (STS) on its own. Either way, your results will be either "screen negative" or "screen positive". DIAGNOSTIC TESTING

Diagnostic testing can give you "yes" or "no" answers about chromosome differences in the pregnancy. This testing is publicly funded and can be done through either chorionic villus sampling (CVS) or amniocentesis:
