The NTQA program in Ontario defines the requirements for obtaining and maintaining NT registration in Ontario and provides the tools for supporting sonographers performing NT measurements for Multiple Marker Screening,


 

| Registration process for the NTQA program

Registration with the NTQA program allows you, as a sonographer or physician, to perform nuchal translucency (NT) measurements for Multiple Marker Screening tests and maintain the quality of your scanning. 


 

| Registered sonographers or physicians

There are benefits and guidelines to maintaining your NT registration, and PSO can support you in your practice.


 

| BORN Information System (BIS) access

For sonographers or physicians registered with PSO: log in to the BIS to access your performance curve, obtain proof of registration and update your contact information.  Check this section to get tips for using the BIS.
